Threw away half-eaten chocolate croissant
I bought a chocolate croissant and ate half and threw away the other half to stay within my calorie limits.

Soaking my hot feet after a blistering indoor soccer match last night from which they’re still smokin. Ahhhh….
Destroyed body in soccer
Body quivering after 1 hr of intense indoor soccer. Then we did sprints scrimmages and drillz drillz for another hour and a half. Destroyed. I love it.
Got splinter out foot with baking soda
I dug and dug and could not find the splinter in the ball of my foot. It didnt always hurt and I could run on it but sometimes there would be a sharp pain and I left it in there for a couple of months.
baking soda did the trick. I made a poultice of it and kept it on with a bandaid for 24 hours. I woke up and it was gone. I think the tutorial I read online said the baking soda shrinks the flesh which then forces that which is not flesh to extrude.
So if you have a deep invisible splinter, try baking soda!
I like the burn
Ran for 55 min, then biked an hour to work. Might do the gym during lunch. I like the burn.
